You may recall that we have cancelled the state Fall Meeting and will conduct the Executive Board Meeting virtually. The Executive Board will meet on Zoom to conduct essential business at 9:30 a.m. on October 25. Members may register to observe this meeting.
Registration for the meeting is now OPEN on the LRTA website and ends on October 21. See below for more details about the Virtual Board Meeting and for the link to register. We hope you will join us!
How Will This Work?
On October 25, registered members will receive an email from LRTA with the information to view the observe the meeting one hour prior to the meeting. Registered members will also receive an email the day before the meeting with the information. Registration is required in order to receive the information to join.
There are currently no capacity limits for the Executive Board meeting. Members who attend will be able to observe the meeting but will not be seen or heard. Learn more about the platform we will use for the meeting here.
