May 15, 2020The Louisiana Department of Health has released a Roadmap to a Resilient Louisiana with information and statistics regarding Phase 1. As Louisiana prepares to move into Phase 1 on Friday May 15, please note that individuals who are considered high risk are highly encouraged to stay home at this time. High risk individuals include:
- Individuals 65 years old or older
- Long-term care facility residents
- Vulnerable individuals: immunocompromised OR one or more of the following health conditions with poor control:
- High blood pressure
- Diabetes
- Obesity
- Chronic kidney disease
- Heart disease
