2018 Spring Meeting Registration

Louisiana retired educators are invited to join LRTA for this year’s Spring Meeting, to be held April 24 & 25 at the Holiday Inn, 701 Fourth Street, Alexandria.  The meeting’s theme is:  Aloha LRTA!  All meeting and meal functions will be held at the newly-renovated Holiday Inn. 

Special hotel room convention group rate at the Holiday Inn is $97 per night, plus tax.  Cut-off date for this special rate is Monday, April 9, unless the hotel sells out earlier.  To make a room reservation, call the Holiday Inn directly at (318) 541-8333 and ask to book a room under the LA Retired Teachers block, OR go online to the hotel’s website at alexandriaholidayinn.com and enter the code LRT and the dates for your stay.

Please note: On-site registration is available; however, attendance at meal functions is by pre-reservation only.
