Nancy L. Quigley

Nancy L. Quigley, District XI President

Nancy L. Quigley earned a B.S. from Centenary College and a M.Ed. from LSU, as well as Masters+30 from Louisiana Tech.  She received COE certification from Northwestern State University and is a certified notary and CPA.  She taught business education in several Bossier Parish schools, and was COE coordinator and assistant principal at Parkway High School, as well as Business Department head of Shreveport-Bossier Vo-Tech Center. 

Since her retirement in 2005, Nancy has been involved in many community and civic organizations, including Altrusa Club and American Business Women’s Assn.  She has also been involved in retired teacher organizations at all levels.  She has served as committee chair, secretary, vice president and president of Bossier RTA.  At the LRTA district level, she has served as vice president and president, district host committee chair for LRTA Fall Meeting, and was honored in 2013 as District XI Name of Fame honoree.  At the LRTA state level, Nancy has served as Second Vice President and state Program Chair, First Vice President and state Membership Chair, and state President.  She has also served on several state-level committees, including Audit Committee, Budget Committee (chair),

In 2025 Nancy returned to the LRTA Executive Board as president of District XI.  Nancy lives in Bossier City with her husband Paul, where they enjoy spending time with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
