Spring District Meetings are just around the corner!

Dear LRTA Members,

Spring District Meetings are just around the corner! Please check the calendar on the LRTA website and mark the dates of your LRTA District’s Spring Meeting. Also, please be sure to note whether the meeting will be held in person or virtually.

The health and safety of our members are top priorities for LRTA. Districts meeting in person will implement safety protocols for guests. The protocols for each in-person District meeting are listed along with the meeting date, time and location. Please review prior to attending an in-person District meeting so that you are prepared and in compliance with the guidelines.

In addition, for some Districts, meeting details were not available at the time of this post. Please continue to check your inboxes for more information. LRTA will email members of those Districts once the information becomes available.

Please continue to check to the LRTA Facebook page and LRTA website calendar for updated information. Email Club members will also receive regular email updates. If your District is meeting virtually, Email Club members will receive reminders prior to and the day of their District meeting.

We hope you will attend your Spring District Meeting, whether in person or online. Members will receive important information and resources to use during the upcoming legislative session along with other updates from the LRTA office. Don’t miss out!

UPDATE (2/24/2022): District I and District IX have cancelled their Spring District Meetings. Members of those LRTA Districts will receive their District Meeting packet via email on the day their District was originally scheduled to meet.
